Where Else But Here is an original abstract painting using black and white acrylics on a canvas with cracking clay medium and PVA.

Samuel’s use of PVA as a new texture was a great experiment and created a fluid texture against the rough cracked clay. It has been created by dripping, sponging and brushing black and white paint over the surface with bursts of black metallic spray paint to add a reflective element to the composition.

This painting was created for a collection called ‘Another Dimension’. Samuel’s interpretation of Another Dimension is somewhere where there is no use for structure or form, instead pure energy and chaos exists.

This painting is fixed within a black stained oak floater frame.
