Can I see the art before I buy?
Absolutely! We understand that sometimes you may want to see the artwork if you haven't seen it before. We can arrange for you to come and see the artwork at The Viewing Room in Surrey. If you live too far away then remember you have a 10 days return period, simply return the work in the same condition and you will receive a full refund. 

What about delivery? 
We deliver your artwork straight to your door, just select the delivery option you want at the checkout. Most delivery within the UK is free, but there can be a charge with larger or more fragile artwork. We also deliver to Europe and the Rest of the World, and prices will depend on location. Please get in touch if you would like a quote before you buy.

Can I pick my artwork up?
Yes, absolutely! We would be happy to arrange this at time of purchase.

Will the artwork be framed? 
All our artwork is ready to hang The majority of our artwork does not require framing,  either because it is already framed or worked on a canvas.  However, some prints and photography will be unframed, and this will be indicated against the artwork.

Can you frame it?
Yes, we are able to give you a quote for framing and can arrange for this to be done at the time of purchase.

Can I change my mind?
Yes, you have a 14 days return period, simply return the work in the same condition and you will receive a full refund. 

Do you provide a hanging service?
Yes, we can deliver your artwork and hang it in your home.  We can provide you with a quote for this service at the time of purchase.

How can I pay?
You can use all the Visa, Mastercard and American Express or PayPal.

Do I have to buy online?
We are an online gallery, but if you don't want to buy online, then that is fine too, give us a call and we can take the payment over the phone or by invoice.

What happens if the art arrives damaged?
You will be required to sign for the delivered package so it is your responsibility to inspect the work on delivery. If your work should arrive damaged please record the damage in detail with the person making the delivery, and contact us immediately by phone or email. We recommend that you photograph any damage to the external packaging before opening and of the work when opened. We will refund or if possible replace any damaged works
